FFG Leaders Advance Skills at APTA LAMP Leadership Trainings at 2024 CSM in Boston

FUTURE Foundation Global (FFG) continues to strengthen its leadership foundation as its distinguished leaders actively participated in the Leadership, Administration, Management, and Professionalism (LAMP) training sessions at the 2024 APTA Combined Sections Meeting (CSM) in Boston. This significant pre-conference event showcased FFG's ongoing commitment to developing transformative leaders withinthe physical therapy profession.

Dr. Eleazar Tayag, PT, DPT, MPH, President of FFG, and Dr. Johann JC Dela Paz, PT, DPT, MS, FFG Trustee, successfully completed the LAMP 101 Leadership Training. This foundational two-day program is designed to cultivate essential leadership skills, focusing on effective communication, conflict resolution, decision-making, and team management. Their participation in LAMP 101 enhances their capacity to lead FFG in advancing its mission of empowering Filipino Physical Therapists globally.

Simultaneously, Dr. Ben Aguila, PT, DPT, and Dr. Consie Aguila, PT, DPT, Founders, Past Presidents, and current Trustees of FFG, completed the LAMP 201 Leadership Training. This advanced program builds upon foundational leadership principles and emphasizes strategic thinking, organizational management, and fostering innovation. Their continued pursuit of leadership excellence further solidifies FFG's role as a catalyst for professional development and advocacy.
