FFG President Dr. Eleazar Tayag Completes SBA THRIVE Emerging Leaders Program

Dr. Eleazar Tayag, PT, DPT, MPH, President of FUTURE Foundation Global (FFG) and CEO of Imperial Home Health, Caring Shield Hospice, Optimum Care Provider, and Imperial Physical Therapy P.C., has successfully completed the prestigious SBA THRIVE Emerging Leaders Reimagined Program. Dr. Tayag celebrated this milestone alongside the distinguished Los Angeles Synergy Sharks cohort at the iconic Bradley Tower Room on the 27th floor of Los Angeles City Hall.
